About the XServe dying from a week or so ago: Did you ever figure out what had happened with it? Will it make it back into the rack, or are you going to keep it at home for your own evil purposes?
Also, these Mac Minis you’re using for hosting: are they stock minis? I know a lot of people complain about the disk access speeds, so I was wondering if you’d done anything along those lines to beef them up.

Chris. The Xserve is back in the rack and ready to roll.
The mini are all stock, except for my development mini.
The development mini is has a 100GB seagate momentus 7200 RPM drive.
I will post more details on the Xserve and Minis this week.
