Apple Sued for Bricked iPhones

October 09, 2007 · 0 comments

A California man has sued Apple, accusing the company of violating California antitrust law because iPhone customers are forced to use AT&T, and iPhones that have been modified to work on other networks have been bricked by Apple, according to Computerworld on Monday.

It will be interesting to see where this leads or if Apple settles.

My money is on a class action suit regarding Apple and AT&T not providing unlocks codes after 90 days, as recently happened.

I wonder how long Apple and AT&T can hold those customers at bay?
